Delivery Info~
Our job is to ensure we get your ordered goods to you quickly and effectively. Obviously, it would be great if we could use winged delivery services but alas, we have to rely on more earthly alternatives!
Our goods are dispatched same day on orders placed before midday Monday to Friday with Royal Mail 1st Class or via Initial Citylink as long as they are in stock. Our delivery service is next day delivered although this is not guaranteed, but shouldn't take any longer than three days to get to you. This is available Monday to Friday with orders placed on Friday delivered from Monday.
Our shopping cart in the top left hand corner displays the total cost to you for the order you have placed including any delivery charges. Our philosophy is simple - we don't want any hidden charges to appear once you have placed your order (any individual charges for bulky or large items are added when you click the 'add to cart' button).

Orders placed after 3pm weekdays and weekends will be processed the next working day.
Out of Stock ItemsGoods currently out of stock or pre-ordered will be dispatched as and when they come back into stock and a separate delivery charge will be made for each should you have ordered more than one item or wish to have split delivery. As a rule, we dispatch all goods together once they are in stock to save you the additional postage. Please inform us should you wish to receive your goods separately.
Various areas in the UK take longer to deliver to - these will show up when you place your order.
Overseas OrdersCurrently we do not offer international shipping but will do very shortly.
ReturnsWe hope that all our goods arrive undamaged but unfortunately, sometimes this isn't the case.
Damaged goodsShould your goods arrive damaged please email us at
returns@gadgetopia.co.uk within 3 days and we will endeavour to get replacement goods to you as quickly as possible. You will be issued with a returns number which should be written on the outer packaging. Once we have established the goods are damaged and we are in receipt of them, replacement goods will be sent on a next day delivery (excluding weekends).
Unwanted GoodsShould you wish to return the goods as unwanted within 30 days of purchase, please email us at
returns@gadgetopia.co.uk stating you wish to return the goods and we will again issue you with a returns number to be written on the outer packaging. The cost for you to return the items will be the postage to send the items only. A full refund will be given upon receipt of undamaged goods (including product packaging). Should the goods be returned used or damaged from use a 10% handling charge will be levied.
Warranties and Guarantee'sAll our products are covered by their manufacturers warranties. Should any product fail in the 12 months following purchase, please email us at
returns@gadgetopia.co.uk for further information.
Returns AddressUntil we are in receipt of any goods being returned, they remain your responsibility and should they be lost in transit, we will be unable to process any returns. Please ensure you send goods by recorded delivery to ensure traceability.
