Returns
In the unlikely event one of the products you have received is found to be faulty and you would like to return it, you will first need to obtain a return authorisation number by emailing sales@pdrgroupelectrical.co.uk with details of your fault claim.
Once you have received a Return Authorisation Number send the faulty goods back to the address below. The returned goods will be checked in, inspected and a report supplied. If product is found not to be faulty, we can offer to repair at a cost or return of the goods.
